How to put on the Bära-barn-shawl
Instructions regardless of the age of the child

1. Put the end of the shawl through both rings, then back through only the lowest ring.	2. Put your shawl over your head and one arm. Hang it diagonally across your body.	3. Move the rings as far up on your shoulder as comfortable. If you are breastfeeding: make sure the rings are not on your breast when you carry your child in order to avoid plugged milk ducts. The fabric should be evenly spread over your shoulder in order to distribute the weight properly. Choose your next step on the following pages.
